"Reverence for All"
Up for a discussion? Information, inspiration, or a little of both? Just remember that if you comment on a post, please make it clear whether you are writing your own thoughts, something you "heard", or a first-hand experience...keeping in mind, "with reverence for all".

Wow! How appropriate! "Silence will not rebuild trust or contribute to the effective proclamation of the Gospel."
This reminds me that, yes, we are not alone. Let's open up and walk through this together. Throughout this 'walk' of ours, I have found many who have been silenced because of fear. I don't think that the staff is truly aware of the needs of this community. Valid concerns are always written off as "change hurts", "people are afraid of change", "there is a lot of grieving", etc. Enough! People in this community have weathered many difficulties as individuals and as a community! I am pretty sure that I know who the people are who are afraid of change, and they don't even realize it! Come on! Open Up!
